Our team of quality controllers coordinates the visit with the warehouses to evaluate the genre that is going to work and to be able to ensure that the product meets the quality parameters required by our company.

The evaluation is carried out in two processes:

Sensory evaluation:

It consists of evaluating the following characteristics through the senses:

  • Taste
  • Firm texture
  • Uniform shape
  • Evolutionary or non-evolutionary aesthetic defects

Technical evaluation:

It consists of evaluating, using precision instruments, the composition of the merchandise:

  • ºBrix
  • Bitterness
  • Firmness fruits
  • Percentage of juice
  • Caliber
  • Weight
